COURSE TWO

The Lady & The Tramp
a shared fresh pasta course, sauce of love apples (tomaotes), basil, burrata, botarga
Wine: Paglinetto Patrara Vermentino


COURSE THREE

Campfire
tuna tataki, wooden cream, avocado, charred and preserved maitake mushrooms, oil of sauce vierge, coriander blini
Wine: Evie en Rosé VinZant Wines


COURSE FOUR

Love Birds
french hen ballotine, winter truffles, roasted king oyster mushrooms, parsnip and carrots fondant glazed in white burgundy

Wine: A surprise gift of a pre-release
Pinot Noir from a very special producer

frothed champagne with cardamom, raspberry veil

COURSE FIVE

The Forbidden Fruit
braised lamb glazed in the pomegranate,
sensual aromatics, charmoula, saffron and honey served with a love potion (green medicine)
