P.E.I. MUSSELS
At Cafe Trio, the Prince Edward Island mussels with angel hair pasta (I requested the pasta as a side dish and added it in) is a dish that exudes pure indulgence. From the moment the plate arrived, I was drawn to the perfect balance of outstanding flavors. The mussels are incredibly succulent, tender, and perfectly cooked, with a rich, essence. Paired with angel hair pasta, the dish feels light yet satisfying, with the delicate pasta absorbing every bit of the sumptuous sauce. The sauce itself is nothing short of flavorful---garlicky, buttery, and kissed with herbs and prosciutto that bring depth and complexity. Mac Daddy Side
I absolutely love the Mac daddy. Literally the best Mac and cheese I've ever had. The flavor is just like no other. This dish is absolute 10/10! A must order!
CREAMY MUSHROOM SOUP
The best tomato bisque I have ever tasted. Creamy and smoky flavors make this a favorite. Good to the very last drip
*Ribeye
The chimichurri sauce paired with the ribeye provided an be of the greatest meals I have ever had. Because of my experience, this is a go to visit for my fiance and I when we are in KC.

Short Ribs
I am obsessed with the short ribs. I thought about it for weeks after our night at Cafe Trio. I even tried to recreate it in my own kitchen that's how much I loved this meal. Will be back for more!
Fig & Goat Cheese Flatbread
This was scrumptiously delicious. Delicates notes of flavor with the pairing of figs and goat cheese makes it a satisfying meal by itself of a lovely accompaniment to the tomato bisque soup.
P.E.I. MUSSELS
Whether or not I come in or order online I get the mussels. They are by far the best I've had here in KC. The sauce with the prosciutto has a wonderful flavor making this combination an excellent dish?
