In the Kitchen with Bonnie,” a new multi -media “foodie” show, continues in July featuring more of Kansas City’s extraordinary chefs. Each week Bonnie Rabicoff hosts an hour-long radio program, along with an HD video web production, in the kitchens of Kansas City’s many celebrated chefs. The show highlights food products, preparation, presentation, beverage pairings and a behind-the-scenes chat with the chef.

“In the Kitchen with Bonnie” is heard during a one-hour broadcast on KXTR Satuday mornings at 9:00 a.m. (1660 am, 98.1-2 fm in HD and streaming on the web at KXTR.com) and again on Sunday evenings on KMBZ at 7:00 p.m. (980 am or streaming on the web at KMBZ.com).

During the broadcast, listeners are directed to the website

www.inthekitchenwithbonnie.com to view a high definition production of the show.  At the site, visitors may select icons to watch the program segments (preparation of signature dish, wine pairings, chat with the chef, recipes, etc.) on demand. Audiences can also read about “In the Kitchen” in Leawood Lifestyle Magazine.

Rabicoff spent the past 11 years as the Vice President of Development for KCPT Public Television. Prior to her work at the station, she was the Director of Marketing for The Barstow School where she founded and coordinated “The Barstow School Organic Farmers’ Market and Chef Series.”  Bonnie has worked in the television medium for over 20 years…Serving as a producer and host for several community channels. Her programs have given a voice and platform for issues ranging from education and the arts to social service and cooking.
