Thank you on behalf of my husband and the many other veterans in the metro area.  I appreciate local restaurants and services that look after the “hometown” people.  Your organization has an admirable record.

One of the best meals we’ve enjoyed in a long time!!  Brussell Sprouts & Mussels were exceptional… the Mac & Cheese is a classic. We highly recommend Cafe Trio to others! – Recruiter on 5/3/14

The service is always top notch and if you like an outdoor venue, their deck will not disappoint!! The view of the Plaza is spectacular and the service on the deck is just as attentive as it is inside. Always a favorite restaurant!! – on 5/3/14

Keep doing what you are doing. Crab cakes were wonderful. – Julie H. on 5/7/14

“Photography on a Mission” Exhibit

Title: “Photography on a Mission” Exhibit
Location: Cafe Trio
Link out: Click here
Description: Trio is thrilled to be exhibiting the work of one of its own for the next 7 weeks. Derrick Yule is a self taught fine art and fashion photographer living in Kansas City, MO and who also happens to be part of the Cafe Trio family. At the age of 17 he discovered his passion for photography and has been exploring it ever since. Over the years he saw and learned about the beauty of life as well as the needs of people in the US and some of the poorest countries on Earth. With that very much in mind, he decided to combine his love for photography and philanthropy to inform others and make a difference in the world by partnering with non-profits to celebrate life and help humanity along the way.

Some of you may have seen Derrick working in the Dining Room at Trio where he has been an employee almost since we opened on Main St. When we asked him about his photography he said that he “simply captures beautiful images with the hopes of bringing awareness to those in need while also bringing joy and inspiration to the hearts of those viewing his work.” We know you will enjoy his imagery and we hope you will purchase some as well.

True to his generous spirit, Derrick has committed 20% of the proceeds of his sales to the Medical Missions Foundation. Their mission is to provide aid [principally medical services, supplies & education] to indigent people of developing and economically depressed countries throughout the world.
